DAY 1
You will be heartly welcomed by our representative at the Srilanka International Airport.
*Soon you will be departed to Hotel or for lunch as mentioned.
Drive to Negombo
Negombo was once heralded the island’s premier spice town. It then progressively evolved into the biggest fishing port, a centre of Roman Catholicism, and one of the original tourist resorts thus crowning it the Little Rome of Sri Lanka. This town has a quaint atmosphere, with bustling little streets, delightful canals, interesting creeks, an extensive lagoon and interesting architecture here and there.
Enjoy watching the old world fishing crafts like the outrigger canoes and the catamarans bringing a variety of marine fishes like seers, skipjacks, pomfrets and amber-jacks. In the lagoon lobsters and prawns are caught and served as fascinating delicacies in the restaurants.

DAY 2
Negombo- Sigiriya
Morning: visit the local fish market, Negombo fish market is a “Must to Walk-in” in the city. Heap of fishes such as prawns, lobsters, shrimps, crabs as well as large fishes are rare and regular sights in the Negombo fish market.
Afteernoon explore the magnificent rock fortress Sigiriya, standing high above the ground from the surrounding plane. Sigiriya is the best preserved city centre in Asia from the first millennium with fusion of culture and nature, built by King Kassapa in the 05th century A.D. which was a Royal Citadel for more than 18 years. The base of the rock is ringed by a moat and rampart and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens. The majestic Lion’s Paw picturesquely guards the stairway of the palace on the summit. It is world famous for its beautiful frescos. The murals of Sigiriya are treated as the oldest well preserved drawings in Sri Lanka.

DAY 3
Sigiriya–kandy
After breakfast drive towards Polonnaruwa, visit to Polonnaruwa ruin sites. Polonnaruwa is situated in the middle of a wide plain in the Dry Zone of Sri Lanka. It was the capital in the 11th and 12th century of Sri Lanka, and the ancient city is today one of the most beautiful centers of this island’s cultural heritage. A great number of beautiful monuments are gathered in the natural reserve. Inside the city there is strong 3 and 1/2 miles long encircling wall, this housed for hundreds of thousands of people, where today monkeys and birds are the only inhabitants. But the glories of this ancient capital have not been lost to the world, and enough remains from this magnificent civilization can be seen today.
Afterwards drive towards Dambullaand visit Dambulla Cave Temple is a vast isolated rock outcrop which towers about 600ft.above the plain. It stands bare and black exposed to the scorching sun, very little of it sheltered by woodland, in this rock is a complex of caves, which house the historic rock temple of Dambulla. This is one of the oldest Buddhist shrines in Sri Lanka. It is composed of five caves, which have been converted into shrine rooms. Within these rooms in housed a collection of one hundred and fifty statures of the Buddha, and several more of deities, other personages of the Buddhist order and the country’s history.
Afternoon proceeds towards kandy,and visit the tooth temple.,is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Kandy is the last capital of the Sinhalese kingdom. This historic city is nestled among the misty hills in the central region of Sri Lanka. The shrine holding the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Lord Buddha (the Temple of Tooth) is located in the centre of the city, making Kandy the most venerated city in Sri Lanka.Temple of the Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa) is believed to house the left upper canine tooth of the Lord Buddha himself. This precious relic attracts white-clad pilgrims, bearing lotus blossoms and frangipani, every day.

DAY 4
Kandy –nuawaeliya
Morning you will be visiting tooth temple again.
Afternoon you will be driving towards Nuawaeliya and on the route you will be visiting tea factory. Sri lanka is famous for its tea production and its Tea is considered as one of the best tea in the world. Nuwara Eliya the “heart” of the tea country located at an elevation of 1980 meters in the central highlands, it offers the best both worlds advantages, of tropical abundance and pleasant cool mountain climate. While the time climate is sub-tropical, night temperature plunge low enough to produce frost. It is where the British succeeded in creating a replica of the English countryside, with homes in styles from Georgian to Queen Anne. Well-kept lawns with hedges, an Anglican church, a famous golf course, and beautiful parks give the place an air of nostalgia.Tea Pickers in Sri Lanka

Nuwara Eliya offers many activities including visits to tea plantations, golfing, and horse riding, boating, hiking and of course exploring the beauty of the landscaped gardens, waterfalls and plateaus. Visit Hakgala Botanical Garden. Enjoy the Gregory Lake boat safari and the surrounding of the lake. Hire a boat if you like to do a day’s rowing and sailing. The beautiful garden is laid around the lake providing great site for strolling, jogging and walking as well.
At evening enjoy the sun set in the George lake.

DAY 5
Nuawaeliya (train)- Ella- Yala
Today you will be travelling by Train
Morning: go to the train station to go to ella by train.
Afternoon you will be visiting Yala national Park, and have a jeep safari.
About Yala National Park
Yala National Park can be recognized as the second largest and one of the most visited parks in Sri Lanka. Tourists from various parts of the world get attracted to this amazing wildlife national park which is now open to public. Vegetation in the park consists of thorny scrub and renowned for its wildlife activities. Common wildlife animals in the park include elephants, spotted deer, sloth bear, Sri Lankan leopard, jackal, mongoose, pangolin, crocodiles and many more wildlife animals. You will be taken on jeep safaris with a guide. Capture the endemic bird species to remember how colorful your trip was. Nature lovers get the opportunity to observe and explore these very moments when you are too close to the nature and photographers undoubtedly can capture your best shots at Yala National Park.
Jeep Safari Experience
Explore the wilderness as you drive in to the woods of the scrub jungles, blackish lagoons and rocks scattered through the area will give you an experience like never before. After breakfast go to Colombo, city tour
